Through RIPS, now you can locally capture and process checks delivered to the vault as part of night drop deposits, ATM deposits or local branch work. The wide range of sorters/scanners compatible with RIPS and its server architecture allow RIPS to be scaled to the volume processed at each site.

• RIPS processes ATM envelopes, deposit slips and other customer documents to provide a full transaction record.
• Local non-image exchange items can be encoded accurately even if the items are out of sequence - during power encoding, RIPS matches the MICR line to the database to be sure the right values are encoded.
• Detailed audit reports ensure staff compliance with procedures and allow all work to be verified as processed.
• Management reports provide the information needed to support continuous process improvement and support performance based compensation systems.
