CONIX Systems’ ImageAnalyzer (IA™) allows you to evaluate all four critical factors that determine if a transaction is valid and acceptable:

1. Image quality using FSTC recommended measurements
2. Image usability, which allows you to verify that all fields are present and the check contents can be used, including endorsements
3. Item Integrity analysis, which ensures that the image matches the accompanying MICR data
4. Amount encoding verification, which verifies that the amount was encoded accurately

Using these evaluations, you can create a cost effective quality control process to:

• Manage a preventive maintenance program for the remote scanners used by your branch staff and remote deposit customers, ensuring check images can be used
